Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu (/vunˈgɑ/ /prozˈgu/ [deaf] [shoe; boot]) is a temperate Large City located in the Mïpirudnoplu Principality of the Tano.

The name Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu is derived from the Sylvin language, as Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu was founded by Shygzirth, who was culturaly Gnoll.

Climate

Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu has a yearly average temperature of 9°C (48°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cold 3°C (37°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 16°C (60°F). Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu receives an average of 215 cm/y (84 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu covers an area of nearly 87 km2 (34 mi2), and an average elevation of 1010 m (3313 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1162, by Shygzirth. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is the proud owner of a proper castle-style stone wall complete with all of the trimmings. It has towers, a moat, gatehouses, drawbridges, and even merticulationsshortsizeleadershipname.. The perhapse unnessisarily well built defences have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu’s streets. The city is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cultural Notes

Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is skipped in Slæ̈rn Nka-prozgu.
